Come join the fun and learn to sew! Campers will work on fun projects while building essential sewing skills that can be used in many future creations. They’ll learn a variety of foundational techniques, including how to thread a machine, wind a bobbin, change presser feet and needles, follow and pin a pattern, cut fabric accurately, and more. Additional skills may include creating drawstring casings, sewing zippers, topstitching (with or without decorative stitches), using interfacing and linings, and confidently handling sewing tools like scissors, pins, seam rippers, and tape measures. *Sewing machines are available to rent for the week. *
