Get comfortable with your machine with our guidance. We will teach you what needles to use and when, how to spot improper bobbins, and what types of thread to use. You will learn how to clean, oil and prevent the most common operational errors. In this class you will learn how to do buttonholes, hem jeans, mend, overcast, quilt, use twin needles, combine decorative stitches and use your fonts. Learn how to use the stitches and where to apply them. We will answer any questions you may have, giving you enough confidence and knowledge to use your machine to its full potential.

SUPPLY LIST:

  • Sewing machine in good working order,
  • ALL the parts and accessories for the machine
  • thread (bright colour preferably)
  • scissors
  • pen\paper
  • manual
  • 2 complimentary colours of embroidery thread
  • a bobbin wound with “bobbin thread”
  • 2 mm twin needle
  • a clear or open toe foot
  • blue tip needles
  • walking foot
  • ¼” foot
  • free motion/stippling foot
